WELCOME - TO THE FIRST INTERNATIONAL DRY-CURED MEAT CONGRESS IN OSLO!

The Norwegian Meat Research Centre warmly invites you to attend an International Congress on dry-cured meat products. The Congress will be held June 7-9, 2006 in Oslo, Norway.

 
The scientific program will include invited and contributed lectures and poster sessions. The congress includes a number of invited keynote presentations by outstanding renowned international experts.
 
The congress will focus on discussing the scientific and practical approaches, current states and recent technology towards a good quality production of dry-cured meat and meat products.
 
Objective
A more general objective of the congress is to focus on main defects and prevention and the ways to overcome major technological challenges for their implementation in production of dry-cured meat and meat products.

Research scientist, dry-cured meat producers, industry, association, government officials and others from around the world working with dry-cured meat will find this congress stimulating and worthwhile.
